Privacy overview

This is a draft policy and must be reviewed and completed before public launch. The legal business name, contact address, retention terms, subprocessors, and applicable notices must be verified.

Information collected

We collect the business question you submit, your selected contact channel, and the email address or phone number only when you provide it. A protected one-time conversation link may be issued for private chat. We also process technical security information such as privacy-preserving network identifiers and access logs.

How we use it

We use information to respond to your inquiry, manage requests, protect the service, and provide private workspaces when you accept a verified invitation. We do not create a public account from a general inquiry.

Control and security

Messages and private business records are limited to authorized access. Do not include passwords, government identifiers, or bank details in messages. We do not claim end-to-end encryption. Requests for access or deletion should be sent through FRBM's public contact mechanism, with identity verification.

Third parties

Hosting, email delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile, and an optional Calendly appointment link may process limited information under their own terms. The final policy must identify all actual processors and hosting locations.
